Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
The symptoms you have is palpitation. It can occur due to hypertension or problems with heart or due to intake or coffee or drugs. Do you had a recent history of excessive energy drinks or excess coffee. You should check your blood pressure and get an ecg. Short course of beta blocker like metaprolol will be helpful. Better to get a physical examination by your GP.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
