Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Right Arm Pain

i am 83 i hardly have dizziness question for pain in right arm i tookafter 1ooo mg of parasetamol an hour later i felt dizzy whats up or is it bause the doctor on the phone asled me about pain in arm,,, whethr i was dizzy,,, pyscological my case thanks

Pain in left arm radiating to neck and jaw and breathing difficulty will indicate Ischemic changes in heart.Are u anxious about anything? sometimes in might be due to anxiety and stress.Check ur blood pressure and sugar level.Paracetamol will not reduce ur dizziness.First rule out reason and get treated for that.
