Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Severe Pelvic Pain

my daughter has been to the ER in the last 2 days. She was dizzy and suffering from a pain in her left upper side above the pelvic bone that she described as being stuck with a 1000 pins. She is also weak and extremely tired. The first visit, she was given a pill for vertigo and a steroid. They said her blood work was normal. Today she went to a different ER because she said she was now having chest pains and extremely light headed. Her HBC is 11.8, WBC 13.9, HBC 36.7 RBW 15.4 They told her she was slightly anemic and prescribe naproxen. What is your advice?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it must be symptoms of vertigo or dizziness and it may not be due to any disease wait for some time and if the symptoms persist then it may be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be tried with Tab Bitahistine 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
