Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Swelling In The Ankles

I recently took a 5 hour plane ride and experienced swelling in my ankles, feet and calves, especially the left side. I also drank alcohol, which I think made it worse. I ended up going to a drug store and purchasing diurex, a caffeine based water pill for dieting. As directed, I took 2 every 3 to 4 hours which helped the swelling. I did this for 5 days. Since returning home, my ankles swelled again on the plane. I stopped taking the pills and have been experiencing dizziness and some swelling. Its been 3 days of this dizziness.
