Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had a constant dizzy feeling and twitching eye for three weeks with no improvement. The dizziness started out just coming on occasionally. Now it is just a constant woozy, floaty feeling that doesn t go away. The eye twitch has increased as well since three weeks ago. A NP told me to do nasal spray twice a day and try to pop my ears. That did not help. She also told me to replace electrolytes.. I feel like it is something else, as I take these supplements daily. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!
The dizziness and twitching eyes may be in concern with low blood pressure, high blood pressure, development of some sort of neuromuscular disorder or else. It is best recommended to consult your primary care for immediate assessment of vital parameters in this regard. Till that time, following measures will help you: - More liquids intake - Eye splashing with cold water every half an hour - Wear protective glasses when going outside home or to dusty wind
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
