Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo
I woke up Tuesday morning with the room spinning fast. sitting or standing I am very light headed. they did a CT scan and it was normal. and did other Neurological tests and everything was normal. It is now Thursday and I am still having very light headedness, and cannot lay flat down without the room starting to spin. and suggestions for my next step.

The complaints as u mentioned are seen in labyrinthitis...all investigations are normal in such cases except history of reccurent ear infection..
U may be required to start on antibiotics to clear infection and symptomatic anti vertigo drugs...
In future take care of ear...and consult an ENT specialist ,do MRI sos if advised by him/her
