Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Weakness After Injury

I fell totally on my left side and also hit my head. My left side is weak. Can t walk too far then it starts to hurt and feel weaker. Went to ER after my fall nothing was broke and a small gash on my head which was glued shut. Help!! And dizzy alot. In PT for my dizziness.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the head injury then one need to be very much conscious about this, up to 48 hours and it is advisable to get done the CT of brain for safety purpose, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
