Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Yellow Fingernails

hi, i been dizzy i been checked the doctor couldnt find anything wrong with my ears or pressure and had prescribed antibiotics for urinary track infection because of my history but the dizziness is still there after 3 days of 5, and my fingernails are kind of yellowish, i think i can be anemic, what else it can cause the dizziness?

Dizziness could also be due to Anemia, Vitamin B12 deficiency, Thyroid problems, Heart problems or brain problems.

I advise you to get Complete Hemogram, Serum TSH, Serum Vitamin B12 , EKG. and revert back with reports.
