Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Caused After A Head Injury

Hello, yesterday I was riding my bike and I went to ride out a wheelie and went back too far. I fell directly back and hit my head hard on the concrete. My head hurt for a while but there was no swelling or bleeding. I woke up the next day very dizzy and light headed but figured I just got up too fast. But I ve experienced it all throughout the day. What could this mean and should I go have it checked out?
