Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Dry Cough
15 yo female, three weeks - dizziness a couple of days, pressure all over her head, dizziness when standing, coughing that interrupts sleep, red bumps on back of throat and one side of throat is swollen, loss of voice in the morning, body aches (cannot get off couch) with nausea, headache, feels warm (no fever), dry cough
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, nausea and dry cough . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons common cold , bronchitis , asthma , GERD , panic attack , cardiac problem and ear infection . Dizziness and nausea can also occur due to ear infection and sinusitis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , chest x-ray , allergy test and take history . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics like gentamicin along with anti allergic . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if the problem will be related with heart . For now do not bend forward and do warm saline gargles . Drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
