Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Lightheadedness

23 year old female, I have been dizzy and light headed and very nauseous from certain scents or just out of the blue but no vomiting. My breasts are very tender and sensitive and I have been extremely tired but having problems sleeping. I get easily bloated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bloating can occur as a result of certain foods- cabbage, cauliflower, beans, broccoli, prunes, Brussel sprouts, turnips.

It can also occur in persons with reflux or constipation.

If you are sexually active, you may want to rule out pregnancy as a cause of your dizziness, tender breasts and fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
