Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Numbness And Muscle Spasms

Thank you for your time. I would like to begin with a list of symptoms that I have been having recently. These consist of dizziness, numbness in my throat, foot pain when I get out of bed, almost seizure like head jerks after falling asleep (not the typical muscle spasms and these last for 1-2 mins), feeling flushed, constant fatigue, and sometimes a lack of being able to focus. I had blood work completed approximately three months ago, in which I was informed that I was borderline diabetic and that my cholesterol was a little high. I have been an overall pretty healthy individual. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific symptom are there and may not be indicative of any major illness or pathology, if it is being turned boarder line blood glucose then better to repeat the test however given symptom are not suggestive of diabetes, over all it could be due to functional disorders ( your age and gender are missing here ) hope this information helps.
