Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Pain And Palpitations

I have a chronic heart pounding and dizziness, for some time now. I feel it is anxiety related to an overwhelm condition - in part due to long-term RA chronic pain (and meds) and many recent life changes. I am 72yrs. The pounding heart begins as soon as I wake in the morning and stays with me all day. I can hardly bare it.

Hello,

Firstly, check your thyroid. You may need to take anxiety medications. Also, you may need to take b blockers to help to normalize the heartbeat.
