Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Post An Accident

I didn t hit my head. I went to get some food and while walking back from the car to the house I felt wooozie, light headed unfocused for a moment. When I got in the house the dizziness came back and felt like I had to throw up. So I tried but only some mucus and dry heaving. Laid down for a while and felt a little better.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Occasionally, blow to the head may be severe enough to cause bleeding in the brain. This type of bleeding can cause an intracranial hematoma, a serious condition that puts pressure on the brain. Seek emergency medical attention if you experiences: unconsciousness, confusion or disorientation, vomiting, mood changes, memory loss, and persistent headache after head injury.
Advice
1.     Go to emergency ward of hospital
2.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral when you feel headache
3.     Cinnarizine 25 mg every 8 hours per oral for 7 days
4.     Investigation
a.     MRI of brain
Thanks
