Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Upon Standing

Hello. I am experiencing dizziness (room spinning) when I lay down, turn over and upon standing at times. I had an inner ear infection 15 yrs ago, and this is exactly what I experienced then. Is there a natural remedy or should I go to the dr. again?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vertigo is the sensation of either the room/environment spinning or the person spinning.

It is most commonly due to inner ear disease though there are other causes.
Vertigo that changes with movement may be related to BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).

If this is the case, then the epley maneuver , which is a series of positional changes, would help.

I hope this helps
