Hello, You have a history of positional vertigo, unfortunately positional vertigo can return (relapse) due to aging, inner ear condition or some physical trauma / injury. However, you can get dizziness or discomfort due to ear wax also. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT. He may tell you to do some Imaging tests and audimetry test. If it is wax he will give you ear drops and then do the cleaning himself but if is it BPPV, you will need medications. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and your clinical symptoms.
