General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are typical of inner ear problems like BPPV.

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. As of now, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

In severe cases, an MRI brain might be required to rule out central causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
