i AM HAVING THE PROBLEM OF GIDDINESS LIKEBEING PUSHED WHILE WALKING. MY BP IS UNDER CONTROLA AND MAY SUGAR LEVEL IS VERY MUCH NORMAL. I HAVE BEEN PRECRIBED VERTIN 8 MG. TWICE A DAY. THE AFTER EFECT BEING THE FAST BREATH WHILE WALKING. COULD THERE BE A SUBSTITUTE
Hello there . I have read through your question and would like to tell you that dizziness is not a disease but a symptom that point s towards an underlying disease. Since you have already got your Blood pressure and blood sugar checked , so hypotension and hypoglycemia are ruled out. It can be a benign positional vertigo or due to some defect in the inner ear for eg labyrinthitis. You can discuss that with your physician. A physical examination by an Ear specialist will help in diagnosis of any inner ear problems. Meanwhile if Vertin is not suiting you it can be substituted with prochlorperazine. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
