Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

First, we have to rule out cause of vertigo. Get CT PNS done. Get ENT checkup done. Get chest X-ray done to know the cause of shortness of breath.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Diwashish Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
