General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Since you have been seen by an ENT Surgeon and are under treatment, continue the same as advised by your ENT Surgeon as the prescription will have medicine for the basic cause that is inflammation of the inner ear structures like vestibule and symptomatic treatment for vertigo.
The commonest cause of vertigo after is inflammation of the inner ear structure, usually caused by viral infection transmitted from nose to the ears.
Additional management is as follows:
Take rest.
Do not drive or swim till you are fully recovered.
Have proper investigations for the whole problem like CT scan of Paranasal sinuses, tests of blood to get the curative treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
