i have a question.. i have been really dizzy lately, i threw up a bunch yesterday and there are random days i throw up.. i had blood clots during my last period.. what does that mean? and i had a dark brown spotting but no miscarriage.. i feel real sick like no appetite.. and when i do it goes away or i take a couple bites and then im fine.. or even the presance of food makes me sick.. whats going on?
You have a typical history of mixture of symptoms like dizziness, throwing up, dark spots and bleeding although no miscarriage, loss of appetite, feeling sick even in presence of food. All these symptoms are most probably suggestive of hormonal disturbances and some psychological aberration.
Please consult your Gynecologist and have proper examination, evaluation, investigations and counselling. This may be indicative of a condition called Pseudocyesis that your Gynecologist will discuss with you best and have re-assurance if the investigations are normal. You can have prescription based symptomatic treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone, relaxant and so on.
