Have bad head aches dizzy muscle jerking in cheek two years ago kidney stones blurred vission faint feeling burning when urinating now feet hurt from standing all day never had this before .bloated feeling main thing dizzy head pain makes my light and sound go into over drive ear ringing . thinking blood sugar issue moms a diabetic but she is 69 and is controlled just by food intake
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI SCAN of ear and cervical column, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to wear neck support straps and medical therapy with Betahistine.. In case of infection antibiotics can be advised.. Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised.. Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest..
