I am 43 years old, five foot six in just over two hundred pounds. I have been Physically Active most of my life up to a few years ago when I was only a hundred and seventy-five pounds. I recently have been having dizzy spells while at work I am a chef. I am really concerned any suggestions?
You have to check your blood pressure and sugar level first for primary work up. If they comes normal than inner ear infection should be ruled out by Otoscopy ear examination. It's advisable to check your hemoglobin level as well because anemia can lead dizziness. According to the cause-specific treatment given. Until than betahistine can be prescribed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
