you are been given anti rabies vaccination, the current vaccine are extremely safe and effective.
there are no recommended diet or lifestyle restrictions due to vaccination, neither do i know of any restriction on smoking, though it is not a recommended habit even otherwise, but cessation of smoking during vaccination makes no sense , if you desire to live a healthy life take this excuse and do stop smoking, or try doing it later
