General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Since the blister is large and bleeding, any blood or pus discharge should be sent for culture and sensitivity.Venous ulcers or bed sores could also be the cause.

Kindly check your blood sugar levels.Diabetes can delay wound healing. You definitely need to visit your physician for the above treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr.Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
