Suggest Treatment For Dry And Inflamtion In Nose After Running Nose
For several weeks I have a dry crusty inside nose which started as a drippy nose.This has turned into inflamed skin under my nose and the skin peels off ..also cheeks on either side of my nose are inflamed. I went to a Nurse Practitioner who gave me a prescription for an antibiotic cream and pills to take 4 times a day.This was 4 days ago after I have had the symptoms for some time....still crusty nose inside

Hello,
You have developed nasal vestibulitis. It usually happens after an acute nasal infection. Please continue antibiotic cream for atleast 5 days and start using nasal irrigation saline sprays for another 5 days. It will help in getting rid of crusts and dryness.
