Suggest Treatment For Dry And Itchy Ears

Good day, I have a problem with my Ears, they re always dry and itchy, if i don t use olive oil to make them moisture I end up have pain in my ear because of that dryness and also when I clean it there s dirt coming out. Please advise I had this problem from 2008 and it was worse once where I ended up with ears blocked. I ve went to an earntist but he gave me some ointments (said it could be water that gets to my ear when bathin)to apply not helping in the long run.. i.e. Kenacomb. I need to see a specialist doctor I m in Johannesburg cause I belieave my hearing aid is also getting affected slowly by this wax/itchy problem
