Suggest Treatment For Dry And Itchy Rashes On Both Armpits

Hi, i have had a rash on both of my armpits for over two weeks now. It started on one and I think because I used the same razor it spread to the other. It started to dry and became quite itchy so I scratched and now it it flaming red and inflamed and it has a yellowish discharge. I just changed jobs and my new insurance does not kick in till the end of the month, what can I do in the mean time to keep it under control?

For dry and itchy itching rashes on both armpits you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for severe itching and redness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder for local application. Take some multivitamin as metilda-forte or meganeuron-plus once daily preferably in afternoon. If still the itching is persistent than you can take some steroids as suggested by your doctor.
