Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Nasal Blockage
good morning doctor this side nitesh.i want to consult you for my mother,s disease.she is 54yrs old.she is suffring form cough desease.we have recently consulted this desease to a local doctor(md) she we are not very satisfied with his treatment.so kindly tell us wether we shud go to an ENT specialist.she has a dry cough,nasal blockage.since last 3 months.kindly help us with regards nitesh

Dry cough and nasal blockage are commonly related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using a steroid nasal spray for local application.
