Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Tightness In The Sternum Area
Hi, I ve had a dry cough for at least 10 days now. I have no fever, no aches but I did experience some severe chill episodes at night the first 3 days in. I have tightness in my sternum area and a crackly wheeze when I exhale deeply. I also feel a little short of breath at times. I have not been sleeping well (the wheeze and cough are worse at night). I have been taking Cetirizine, acetaminophen and mucinex (not working). I don t smoke. I don t feel run down or sick but I sound terrible and have lost my voice in the last two days. Probably just a virus but any peace of mind would be helpful. Thanks. Chuck
