Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough, Pain In The Abdominal Muscles And Cold
I am wondering if I should seek medical attention. I have a very dry cough and coughing spasms that keep causing my abdominal muscles to cramp up. My chest is very tight and I am fatiqued sore and cold. I have had a cold on and off for three weeks but these symptoms I have had for 48 hours.
Yes, you need to consult an internal medicine specialist for the symptoms. There are chances of recurrent cold too because the influenza virus is different every time it attaches. The symptoms seem to be because of the viral cold. You can take the medication like paracetamol for symptomatic relief as it will be available over the counter.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Muzaffer Hussain Parray
