Hello,

Yes, you need to consult an internal medicine specialist for the symptoms. There are chances of recurrent cold too because the influenza virus is different every time it attaches. The symptoms seem to be because of the viral cold. You can take the medication like paracetamol for symptomatic relief as it will be available over the counter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muzaffer Hussain Parray
