Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough, Weakness And Fatigue

In the last few days, I accidentally inhaled dried spores from the digitalis(fox glove plant) I now have a drop in blood pressure but high pulse rate when I was in the garden. Dry cough, weakness, fatigue and no tolerance to any extended sun exposure. I m 73 and on High BP meds. I limit my time in the sun to one hour and usually early morning or late night. I googled : pollen from fox glove One case showed one female ended up with full blown pneumonia. I will see my cardiologist this Wednesday but what can I do at home to stabilize my current symptoms?
