A month ago, I noticed my right eye started seeing ghost images, with the ghost image above the main image. My optometrist took a cornea topography and said my cornea was warped, and dry eyes. The topography showed yellow, orange, red areas, and an empty space at 1 o clock. My ophthalmologist diagnosed that I had dry eyes, and not a cornea warpage. Is the cornea topography one sure way to detect cornea warpage? Could it be affected by dry eyes?, or the ophthalmologist s diagnosis incorrect? The ophthalmologist has more training, but she did not take my cornea topography.
