Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Bump On Foot

I been having shape of a bruise on my big toe and I don t know why but now it s it s getting dry skin from my athletes feet and now I have a bump on it on the bone of it, it is on the side and on my ffor next to my small to I have black dots, I figured the ones on my big. Out after I went for a jog , can. You please help me out.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be some kind of skin condition (Dermatitis ) and this can be best managed on tentative basis with steroid and antibiotic locally and best would be "Beclomethasone and Neomycin" cream, if this fails to respond then you need to see the dermatologist, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
