Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Pain Near The Rib Cage

I was on heavy antibiotics for an infection that included blood poisoning. while I was on six week iv antibiotics the skin on my chest along the rib cage started hurting. I thought it was from dry skin and not showering more than babywipe baths. The pain has never went away and has started in my upper back as well. It really seems like skin pain. burning and super sensitive. This has been going on for about 120 days.
