Suggest Treatment For Dryness And Pain In The Nose

Hi good morning to you! I am a cabin crew and my biggest living night mare is my Nose which happens to always have dried nasal hard mucous with blood. Everyday especially in the morning and when I operate a flight due to the dry air in the aircraft. My nose has become somewhat painful even to touch or sneeze. I would suggest you for a steam inhalation with camphor for easy removal of dried secretion and help in improved blood circulation to heal the wounds. camphor adds to soothing effect.
