One week ago I started with a choking feeling at bottom of my throat then I had abdominal pain that made my stomach hard and solid and felt stabbing sharp pain. Some pain moved to my chest, left arm pit and down left arm. Pain in chest and arm got little better but did not leave. Went to emergency had 2 ekg's and blood work all ok. They though it was gastritis and released me. For the week to follow I had had some stomach pain mainly consistant chest pain or heartburn. Dark bowl movements. Then last nite my scrotum and penis became very dry skin flaky rough. Like dryed sun burn. Any suggestion on what to do next
