Suggest Treatment For Dryness In The Nostrils And Swollen Glands In The Neck

Hi there from the Netherlands, I have had a dry right nostril for about 2 months now, and I was picking in it a lot. This weekend it started to hurt a little an I noticed a swollen gland under my jaw. the next day I had a stuffy nose on this side a little fever. The days after the nostril started to hurt more and the gland increased. Today I watched in my nose with the flashlight of my camera an saw all littel white spots/patches deep inside my nose. Not on 1 side, but all around. The nostril now is so sensitive that I can hardly touch it. Do I have to worry? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
◆It could be in inflammation so need not touch it may get worse by touch. Avoid fried food and fast food.
◆Take Belladonna 200 if it is red and swollen or If it is white and Pustular Then Hepar Sulphur 200 1 dose in morning one in evening before 40 minutes of meal. Need further help can communicate further.
