Suggest Treatment For Dryness In Throat And Vomiting

Hi Dr I have had problems with my throat for over 2 years now. It gets dry & sometime I end up chocking and then vomiting. My throat just randomly goes dry. When I start chocking I end up sneezing as well. I have had a specialist look down the throat ans all is clear of any nasties. They tried me on courses of Nexium & Somac and nothing has helped. Thanks Vicki

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, and this can be treated wit "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 30 mg once in day" some time this may have allergic disorder too and it would be better to have antihistamine too, "Diphenhydramine" is the best option, take care.
