As per your complain pink bumps at the back of the tongue can be inflamed circumvallate papilla and the white coating is due to yeast infection known as Thrush.. Thrush can also cause dry mouth while it can also be vice versa as dry mouth can also cause thrush.. The swollen uvula is also due to infection as well as inflammation.. Nothing to worry, consult an oral physician and get evaluated and get ruled out for the exact cause of all the symptoms. In case if thrush is a confirmatory diagnosis then Nystatin mouthwash gargles, clotrimazole lozenges and taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic can help.. For bumps at the back of tongue and swollen uvula do warm saline gargles and take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen that will reduce inflammation and swelling.. For dry mouth you can drink plenty of water and chew sugar free chewing gums as it stimulates saliva flow and ease the dry mouth..
