Suggest Treatment For Dull Aches And Pain Near The Hips

Hello. I am a 34 yr old female. I have been having this hip issue for 4wks now! It hurts!!! Its my right hip. I can t lay on that side cause it hurts to bad. Even laying on my back right now...im hurting! It can be a dull ache to a sharp pain. The other day it kept feeling like it was gonna give out on me!! One wrong step and I was hit with this intense pain. My hip will pop sometimes walking....this is years before to now. I can t take long strides. When I get up from sitting it hurts and takes a minute to get working....hard to stand and walk for a minute. Thanks, Jess

Please make a X ray exam and ruled out hip fracture and arthritis.Make a test RA and ASO .check and record your temp every 6 hours upto 48 hours.For pain take brufen 600 with pantaprazol.Do (RICE) R -Rest. I-ice,C- compression E-elevation ,after seeing X-ray image I will tell you which stretching exercise will be good for u.
