I am a 59 year old healthy female, approx. 30 pounds overweight. I excercise regularly and lift weights. I was hospitalized recently with dull chest pain. The only positive evidence for possible cardiac disease reported to me was during the excercise phase of a stress test - ST depression coming from two leads. While told it could be a false positive, if it's not - what are some of the possible causes for this finding within my heart?
