My 19 year old daughter is away at college and has been sick for 24 hours with chills, fever, dull/pressure headache, sore throat, stiff neck and generally not feeling well. Earlier in the week she had terrible joint pain that got better. Trying to decide on sending her to ER or waiting until tomorrow?

I went through your daughters history. Fever with headache and neck stiffness is an indication to go to the ER immediately to rule out meningitis.
