Suggest Treatment For Dull Headache, Pain In Neck And Bulging Eyes

I fell during skiing. Was wearing a helmet. Hit the back of my head on the ice/snow. Have had a dull headache, pain in neck where the helmet made contact during the fall and feeling like my eyes are bulging ever since. No other symptoms. Two days have passed.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Head injury should be followed by CT scan of the head.
A large number of head injuries are followed by no symptom and are uneventful despite injury to underlying structures.
These injuries present later and can be dangerous.
Since, you are already experiencing bulging of eyes, immediate Ct scan is required.
This could be a symptom of elevated intracranial pressure.
Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and CT scan followed by appropriate action.

Thanks and take care
