Suggest Treatment For Dull Headaches And Dizziness

Since yesterday I ve experienced some slight dizziness. This morning, I woke up feeling fine, but by 9:00a.m. I was feeling nauseus and have had a dull headache. My head feels like it s full and heavy, but I m not congested. I have no appetite, and couldn t even drink my morning coffee. I had to leave work, and have been home resting. I was dizzy even when I think I had fallen asleep. I thought it went away, but now it s back. I feel lethargic, nauseus, dizzy, and my head feels heavy.

Hi,

The most common reason for these symptoms would be an acute viral illness. Viral infections cause loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea and dizziness.

At this point, it is not clear which viral infection is present since there are no defining symptoms.

Rest, fluid intake - these are the mainstay of treatment at this point, additional medication can be added depending on what symptoms develop.
