Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain And Cramps In The Lower Back

I have pain in my lower back and and lower abdomen. The pain is dull and cramp like. it started 3 days ago. I got my period first. it lasted for 5 days. i had little to no cramps. 3 or 4 days passed and i got my period again with cramps. it lasted for days and left but the cramps are still here. what could be the possible cause?

Hi dear it is the pain related with your menstruation known as dysmenorrhea or menstrual cramps.Please follow this points
1) Use heating pads
2) Tab. ibuprufen 400mg twice a day
3) Tab Hifenac TH to relax back spasm once a day
4) If possible bed rest for 2 days
5) Also do USG for confirmation of problem related with ovary and uterus.
