I've been experiencing a dull achy feeling under/behind my left testicle. I'm also getting some discomfort on occasion in my left groin/pelvic area. The pain is never severe. The sensation makes me feel the urge to pull down on my left scrotum. I've already had an ultrasound of the testicles, pelvic CT, and seen a urologist. Every test has come back just fine. I was also on antibiotics as epididymis was suspected. I do work on my feet all day. Could it be a muscular or sciatic issue. I've had some left leg cramping recently as well.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of dull ache under/behind left testicle, left groin and pelvic area; there is left leg cramping recently. All the reports and Urologist's opinion taken. This may most probably be due to muscle pull as you are feeling like pulling the left scrotum when you get this discomfort. You may take another/second opinion of a General Surgeon who can know better about muscle involvement or small hernia development. There can be an epididymitis as per the history your have put in. Sciatic nerve usually do not cause such problems as its distribution is totally different.
