Hi. my mouth smells bad since 1988. I'm 37 yrs old. I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohols. I have some discomfort around my umblicus and back pain. I was diagnosed for diodenal ulcer 5 yrs back. However, despite the triple treatments and antihelminthes given to me, no improvement was noticed in my health. I am so confused.
Pain killer medication, severe stress, alcohol consumption, smoking, and anxiety may cause a duodenal ulcer. H pylori infection also may cause ulcer formation. Sometimes malignant ulcers may won't heal properly need endoscopy biopsy and histological examination.
So avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Nexpro L before breakfast for three weeks. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
