Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dysmenorrhoea due to adenomyosis is congestive dysmenorrhoea. Adenomyosis is a pathology of uterus which is due to overactivity of estrogen. Adenomyosis is usually associated with endometriosis, which causes difficulties in conception I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get proper examination, investigation and treatment. Treatment can be medical or surgical. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Neeraj Kumar
