General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The Encephabol contains Pyritinol drug which acts at central nervous system neuro chemicals and helps in hang over situations as brain booster. However, it has many side effects as

- itching and rash
- restlessness
- insomnia
- palpitation
- diarrhea

* The ear ache and issues of hearing are not common , but still have to be co related on clinical grounds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
